This Privacy Policy explains how Swing Text collects and uses information when you request a swing-upload link, upload a video, or use the Swing Text golf-analysis service.

Information we collect

If you choose to text us, we collect your mobile number and message content to send the upload link you requested.

We also collect the name, club, stated miss, video, and video metadata you submit; the resulting analysis and review data; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use this information to send the requested upload link, provide and improve your swing analysis, operate and secure the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We use providers that help host, store, and deliver the service only as needed to provide it.

SMS privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers, such as our SMS delivery provider, as needed to send the messages you requested.

Message frequency varies; Swing Text sends one reply per upload-link request. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

Your choices

Do not send information you do not want processed. For SMS questions, reply HELP to +1 (350) 305-4653. You may also stop future SMS replies by replying STOP.
