Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Swing Text, including its golf-swing upload and analysis service.

Service

Swing Text lets you submit a golf-swing video for automated analysis. Results are informational coaching content, not medical, professional, or safety advice. Use your judgment and take appropriate safety precautions when practicing.

SMS Terms

The separate, optional SMS program is governed by the SMS Terms.

Your content

You must have the right to submit the video and information you provide. You permit Swing Text to process the submission solely to provide and operate the requested analysis service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s analysis.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
